It starts as though it is going to tell a story about traveling in another realm, and then suddenly, you feel as though you are dropped into the second act of a three-act play, even though, I checked, this is supposed to be the first issue. I received a review copy of this comic book from Rosarium Publishing and NetGalley in exchange for an honest review. Maybe at only 24 pages, it was over before I could feel like it had overstayed it's welcome. The story, like I mentioned, is kind of all over the map. The art is just as dashed together, but it's different from a lot of other comics I read so it kept me intrigued. It seems to expect you to understand what is happening, even though there is no way you could possible know.Īnd I kinda liked it. The book just kind of flies around everywhere and makes sudden abrupt turns. I think we meet him, but I had no idea what his name was supposed to be.
